Syresham's Village Design Statement

Syresham Parish Council felt very strongly that it should have a Village Design Statement (VDS) as this document outlines the aspirations of the village and lists various planning guidelines the Parish Council feel planning officers and developers should take into account.

After many months hard work by the VDS Committee and a detailed consultation process, the completed VDS was submitted to SNC to be reviewed by their Development Control Committee in June 2014. The document was approved and is now used as Supplementary Planning Guidance by the planning officers at SNC.
